骨科患者对日间手术选择倾向的原因分析及相关建议

Analysis of the reasons and related suggestions for choice tendency of day surgery in patients of orthopedics department

目的探讨我院骨科患者日间手术选择倾向的原因,提出相关建议。方法选择2017年3月至2019年3月我院骨科210例患者作为研究对象,分析确定影响骨科患者对日间手术选择倾向的因素。结果骨科患者选择日间手术的原因包括患病程度、治疗时长、治疗费用、医院环境或床位。结论原因包括患病程度、心理因素、治疗时长、治疗费用和医院环境。针对骨科患者对日间手术选择倾向原因提出相关建议,能缓解医院资源紧张问题,提高患者康复率。

Objective To explore the reasons for choice tendency of day surgery in patients of orthopedics department of our hospital and propose relevant suggestions.Methods We selected 210 cases of patients of orthopedics department in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 as the study objects,and the factors affecting the tendency of patients of orthopedics department to choose day surgery were analyzed and determined.Results The reasons for choosing day surgery in patients of orthopedics department included the degree of illness,the length of treatment,the cost of treatment,the hospital environment or the bed.Conclusion The reasons included the degree of illness,psychological factors,duration of treatment,cost of treatment and hospital environment.Putting forward relevant suggestions for the reasons for tendency of patients in orthopedics department to choose day surgery could alleviate the shortage of hospital resources and improve the recovery rate of patients.
