儿科ICU护理风险管理的影响因素分析与护理对策

Analysis of influencing factors and nursing countermeasures for ICU nursing risk management in pediatric

目的探讨我院儿科ICU护理风险管理的影响因素及护理对策。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月我院儿科ICU护士54名为研究对象,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析法,对我院儿科ICU护理风险管理的相关影响因素进行分析并提出护理对策。结果单因素分析显示,年龄、学历、职称、ICU工作年限、仪器、感染、护士素质、系统及协作为我院儿科ICU护理风险发生的相关影响因素(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,护士素质、系统因素及协作因素为我院儿科ICU护理风险发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论护士素质、系统因素及协作因素为护理风险管理的独立影响因素。管理者应加强培养护士核心能力及价值观,强化护士队伍整体工作态度,建立以科学技术、风险防范为主的风险管理队伍;建立风险预警机制及风险上报管理系统;加强医护患间的相互配合和默契程度,推动儿科ICU科学安全治疗的持续发展,降低护理风险事件发生,提高临床风险控制能力。

Objective To explore the influencing factors and nursing countermeasures for ICU nursing risk management in pediatric of our hospital.Methods To select 54 pediatric ICU nurses in our hospital From May 2017 to May 2019,as the study subjects.Single-factor and multi-factor logistic regression analysis methods were used to analyze the relevant influencing factors of ICU nursing risk management in pediatric of our hospital and propose nursing strategies.Results Univariate analysis showed that the age,education background,professional title,ICU working years,instrument,infection,diathesis of nurses,system and cooperation were the relevant influencing factors for the ICU nursing risk in pediatric of our hospital(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed thatdiathesis of nurses,system factor and cooperation factor were the independent risk factors for the ICU nursing risk in pediatric of our hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion Univariate analysis showed that the diathesis of nurses,system factors and collaboration factors were independent influencing factors of nursing risk management.Managers should strengthen the training of nurses'core competencies and values,strengthen the overall working attitude of the nurse team,establish a risk management team focusing on science and technology,and risk prevention;establish a risk warning mechanism and a risk reporting management system;strengthen the degree of tacit understanding of cooperation between doctors and patients and promote the continuous development of scientific and safe treatment of pediatric ICU,reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events,and improve the ability of clinical risk control.
