摘要
目的探讨被动吸烟对大鼠生长发育激素及睾丸组织的影响。方法Wistar大鼠24只,随机分为对照组,低剂量、高剂量被动吸烟组;烟熏35 d后,检测血清中生长激素(GH)和睾丸酮(T)含量,睾丸中的T及垂体中GH含量,睾丸中一氧化氮(NO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果与对照组相比,被动吸烟组体重、垂体质量明显降低;被动吸烟组血清及垂体匀浆中GH明显降低;高剂量组血清及睾丸匀浆中的T含量明显降低;高剂量组睾丸匀浆中NO和SOD明显降低;被动吸烟组GSH-Px明显降低;被动吸烟组NOS分型明显增高,低剂量组诱导型NOS明显增高。均P<0.05。结论被动吸烟导致GH及T含量减少,可能是被动吸烟使睾丸组织发生过氧化损伤影响生长发育。
Objective To investigate the effects of passive smoking on growth and development hormone and testicular tissue of rats.Methods Twenty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,low dose and high dose passive smoking group.After 35 days of passive smoking,growth hormone(GH),Testorsterone(T)in serum were detected;T in testicular tissue and GH in pituitary were detected;NO,GSH-POX,MDA,NOS and SOD in homogenized testicular tissue were detected.Results Compared with the control group,the body weight and pituitary quality of passive smoking group were significantly lower;growth hormone in serum and pituitary homogenate was significantly decreased in passive smoking group;the content of testosterone in serum and testicular homogenate was significantly lower in the high-dose group.In the testicular homogenate,NO and SOD were significantly lower in the high-dose group.GSH-POX was significantly lower in passive smoking group.NOS classification of passive smoking group was significantly higher,and INOS of the low-dose group were significantly lower.All P<0.05.Conclusion Passive smoking can decrease GH and T content,and peroxidation damage occurs to testicular tissue,which affect the growth and development.
