基于三重螺旋理论的三明治教育模式探究——以江苏海事职业技术学院为例

作为高职教育的一种特殊形式,三明治教育模式是三重螺旋理论模型在人才培养领域新的体现。江苏海事职业技术学院从内生动力机制和外部支撑体系两个层面着手,构建了基于三重螺旋理论模型的"卓越船员"三明治教育模式,为我国三明治教育模式的发展带来了有益的启示。高职教育要重视观念创新与制度创新,充分发挥校企合作的双主线作用,推进政企学协同配合。

As a special form of higher vocational education, sandwich education mode is a new embodiment of triple helix theory model in the field of talents training. Jiangsu Maritime Institute has constructed an " excellent crew" sandwich education mode based on triple helix theory mode from two aspects of internal dynamic mechanism and external support system, which has brought beneficial enlightenment to the development of sandwich education mode in our country. Higher vocational education should attach importance to concept innovation and system innovation, give full play to the double main line of college-enterprise cooperation, and promote the coordination among government, enterprises, colleges.
