基于PDCA循环的船舶工程类专业预警与动态调整机制研究——以渤海船舶职业学院为例

摘要 以渤海船舶职业学院船舶工程类专业为例,分析专业设置中存在的问题,阐述船舶工程类专业预警与动态调整机制的发展现状,提出并建立以PDCA循环理论为研究基础的船舶工程类专业预警与动态调整机制,明确专业预警机制指标体系,建立招生和就业联合推动的专业预警机制,并形成常态化的专业预警与动态调整机制,服务地方经济发展。 Taking the ship engineering major of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the major setup, expounds the development status of the early warning and dynamic adjustment mechanism of ship engineering major, puts forward to constuct the early warning and dynamic adjustment mechanism of ship engineering major based on PDCA cycle theory researches, clarifies the index system of the early warning mechanism, establishes the early warning mechanism of major promoted by enrollment and employment, and forms a normalized professional early warning and dynamic adjustment mechanism to serve local economic development.
