摘要 高职院校积极开展多元录取机制的研究与实践,缓解了生源紧张的现状,这与高职院校的人才培养目标相一致。为了适应新形势发展,高职英语教学要研究多元录取机制下生源呈现的新变化,借鉴分层次教学法,客观划分学生层次,从教学目标、教材选择、教学模式、作业考核等方面进行分层次改革,以切实提高高职英语教学水平,解决高职英语的生存与发展问题。 The research and practice of diversified admission mechanism carried out actively by higher vocational colleges alleviate the current situation of the shortage of students, which is consistent with the talents cultivation objectives of higher vocational colleges. In order to adapt to the development of the new situation, higher vocational English teaching should study the new changes of students’ sources under the diversified admission mechanism. Higher vocational English should draw lessons from the hierarchical teaching methods, objectivly divide the students’ level and carry out the hierarchical reform from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching materials selection, teaching modes and assignment assessment methods so as to improve the English teaching level in higher vocational colleges and solve the problems of surrival and development of higher vocational English.
