摘要
建筑调适技术作为低成本实现建筑节能的重要手段,逐步被越来越多的专业技术人员和管理者重视起来。本文简要总结了我国从建筑"调试"到"调适"的发展历程,探讨了与工程建设和管理体系的关系,分析了现阶段在我国发展存在的问题,提出了一些发展建议。
As an important way to realize building energy efficiency at low cost,building commissioning has been paid more and more attention by professional technicians and managers.This paper briefly summarizes the development process from "testing" to "commissioning" in China,discusses the relationship with constructing and operation management,analyzes the problems existing in the current development in China,and puts forward some development suggestions.
