瑞士近零能耗建筑的发展实践及启示

Study on the Development of Nearly-zero Energy Buildings in Switzerland

实现建筑的超低、近零乃至零能耗是建筑节能工作的主要趋势。瑞士已经形成了较为完备的近零能耗建筑体系。本文介绍了瑞士的近零能耗建筑技术标准--Minergie,借鉴瑞士的先进经验,对我国近零能耗建筑的发展提出了一些建议。

Achieving ultra-low,nearly-zero,or even zero energy consumption in buildings is a major trend in building energy efficiency.Switzerland has formed a relatively complete nearly-zero energy building system.This article aims to introduce Switzerland’s technology standard of nearly-zero energy building-Minergie.It draws on advanced experience in Switzerland and makes some suggestions for the development of nearly-zero energy buildings in China.
