夏热冬冷地区净零能耗建筑关键技术探索 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国经济的蓬勃发展以及城镇化的进程的加快,我国对能源的需求量将长期并持续增长,其中与建筑相关的能耗占巨大的比例,大约为30%左右。如何减少建筑用能,降低建筑能耗等问题成为现如今建筑行业急需解决的问题。目前,我国建筑行业在大力推广绿色建筑、超低能耗建筑,正在探索净零建筑以及零能耗建筑,在寒冷地区和夏热冬冷地区建立一批示范工程。针对夏热冬冷地区净零能耗建筑示范工程进行调研,从规划设计、围护结构、用能系统、可再生能源、运行维护等多维度,归纳探索夏热冬冷气候区净零能耗关键技术。 With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rapid process of urbanization,China’s demand for energy will continue to grow for a long time,among which the building-related energy consumption accounts for a huge proportion,about 30%.How to reduce the energy consumption of buildings has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current construction industry.At present,China’s construction industry is vigorously promoting Green Buildings and ultra-low-energy buildings.It is exploring net zero buildings and zero-energy buildings,and setting up a number of demonstration projects in cold areas as well as hot summer and cold winter areas.In this paper,the demonstration project of net zero energy building in hot summer and cold winter areas is investigated,and the key technologies of net zero energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter climate zones are summarized and explored from the perspectives of planning and design,envelope structure,energy system,renewable energy,operation and maintenance,and etc.
