坊子街山改造工程中的海绵城市设计

摘要 作为第二批海绵城市试点城市之一的青岛市于2016年正式颁布了《青岛市海绵城市专项规划(2016-2030)》,规划范围为青岛市中心城区,面积为1408km^2,并将规划区域划分为68个管控分区,从水生态、水环境、水安全以及水资源等方面进行建设指引,整体达到年径流总量控制率75%,面源污染削减率(以SS计)65%的目标。坊子街山改造工程项目中,海绵城市设计满足专项规划要求,在保护胶州湾生态环境、实现新型城镇化发展、落实城市水安全战略、建设宜居家园等方面,具有十分良好的社会效益、生态效益以及环境效益。 As the second batch of pilot cities, Qingdao officially promulgated the "Special Plan for Qingdao Sponge City(2016-2030)" in 2016. The planned area is Qingdao downtown with an area of 1,408 km^2 and will be divided into 68 control zones, with the construction guidelines from the aspects of water ecology, water environment, water safety and water resources. The total runoff control rate is 75% and the non-point source pollution reduction rate(calculated by SS) is 65%. In Fangzijie Mountain reconstruction project, Sponge City design meets the requirements of special planning, and has very good social, ecological and environmental benefits in protecting the ecological environment of Jiaozhou Bay, realizing the development of new urbanization, implementing urban water security strategy, and building livable homes.
