补中益气汤辅治脑卒中后多重耐药肺炎疗效观察

目的:观察补中益气汤辅治脑卒中后多重耐药肺炎的疗效。方法:85例按随机数字表法分成对照组42例和研究组43例,两组均用常规西药治疗,研究组加用补中益气汤治疗。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后FEV1、EF及FEV1%研究组指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤辅治脑卒中后多重耐药肺炎可改善肺功能,提高疗效。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of multidrug-resistant pneumonia after stroke.Method:85 cases were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,42 cases in control group and 43 cases in study group.The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in addition.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1,EF,and FEV1%of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can improve lung function and improve curative effect in the treatment of multidrug-resistant pneumonia after stroke.
