海洋信息安全主动防御模型的设计构建

Design and Construction of Active Defense Model for Marine Information Security

随着海洋信息化的不断深入应用,海洋信息安全面临着更严峻的考验,传统的被动防御技术已经不能适应新时代多样化的网络攻击。为解决这一问题,本文提出设计构建海洋信息安全主动防御模型,通过完善海洋安全管理机制,优化海洋安全纵深防御技术措施,构建动态闭环安全运维服务流程,建立一体化安全管理中心等手段,形成人员、管理、技术、工程统一协调的信息安全主动防御能力,切实提高海洋信息安全的防御水平。

With the continuous application of marine infOrmatization,marine information security is facing more severe challenges.Traditional passive defense technology is unable to adapt to the diverse cyber attacks of the new era.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes to design and construct a marine information security active defense model,through improving the marine safety management mechanism,optimizing the marine security defense technical measures,constructing a dynamic closed-loop security operation and maintenance service process,establishing an integrated security management center,etc.The goal is to form the unified information security proactive defense capability of personnel,management,technology and engineering,thus effectively improving the level of marine information security defense.
