摘要
以FlexSim仿真平台为基础,定量分析了浙江某汽车零部件配送中心存在搬运距离长,物流路线迂回与交叉等问题.为解决这些问题,设计了两种将订单分配到由打包生产线规则(A&B)和3种叉车搬运路径(Ⅰ,Ⅱ&Ⅲ)组合的方案中,运用FlexSim对6种方案进行仿真分析,比较了不同方案的订单生产周期及总搬运距离等,最终选择A-Ⅲ方案作为改善方案.研究结论能为企业改善生产周期提供决策依据,有利于提升企业的竞争力.
Based on the FlexSim simulation platform,the paper quantitatively analyzes the problems of long transportation distance and circuity and crossover of logistics routes in an auto parts distribution center in Zhejiang province.To solve these problems,assigning two kinds of rules(A&B)of orders to the packaging production line and three kinds of plan(Ⅰ,Ⅱ&Ⅲ)of forklift handing path,using the FlexSim simulation analyses on various schemes,compares the goals in different schemes,such as order production cycle and the transport distance,etc,choose A-Ⅲas the final improvement plan.The research of this paper provides a decision basis for enterprises to improve the production cycle,which is beneficial to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
