摘要 随着经济的快速发展,企业间的竞争日益激烈。如何激发员工的工作积极性,提高员工满意度,进而提升组织绩效,成为企业管理亟待解决的问题。鉴于此,该文在梳理内激励、员工满意度、组织绩效的相关文献的基础上,构建了三者之间的关系模型,并以180份来自不同民营高新技术企业的员工调查问卷为研究样本进行假设检验,结果显示:内激励对组织绩效有正向影响作用;员工满意度在内激励对组织绩效的影响过程中起中介作用。据此为民营高新技术企业提高员工满意度与进行有效的绩效管理提供思路。 With the rapid development of the economy,competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.How to motivate employees’work enthusiasm,improve employees’satisfaction and improve organizational performance has become an problem to be urgently solved for enterprise management.In view of this,this paper,by making a review of the relevant literature regarding internal incentives,employees’satisfaction and organizational performance,constructs a relationship model among the three aspects and conducts a hypothesis test with 180 questionnaires of employee survey from different private high-tech enterprises.The result shows that internal incentives have a positive impact on organizational performance;employees’satisfaction plays a mediating role in the impact of incentives on organizational performance.Based on this,it provides ideas for private high-tech enterprises to improve employees’satisfaction and conduct effective performance management.
