摘要
预制装配式混凝土风机塔筒是将塔筒沿高度分成若干环段,每环段等分成若干片运输便利的预制混凝土构件,再由环片拼装形成整体,并通过预应力锚固体系和环向连接件保证整体性能的新型塔筒方案。该方案具有预制构件尺寸可控、施工便利、现场安装简易等优势。文章采用ANSYS有限元软件,研究竖缝对预制装配式混凝土塔筒结构特性的影响,结果表明:预制装配式混凝土塔筒竖缝对风机塔架整体结构的固有频率影响较小,但可导致结构受力不均匀而引起局部环向拉应力偏大;合理的纵向预应力体系有利于装配式塔筒的竖向和环向受力;竖缝缝面通过环向连接件可以实现环向结构的整体性。
The prefabricated concrete wind turbine tower is divided into several ring sections along the height,and each ring section is equally divided into several pieces of prefabricated concrete components that are convenient for transportation,and then assembled into tower tube by the ring sections.Overall performance of the new tower solution is guaranteed by the prestressed anchor system and annular connectors.This solution has the advantages of controllable size of prefabricated components,convenient construction,and simple on-site installation.The article adopts ANSYS finite element software to study the influence of vertical joints on the structural characteristics of prefabricated concrete tower.The results show that the vertical joints of prefabricated concrete towers have less influence on the natural frequency of the overall structure of the wind turbine tower;However,the vertical joints cause uneven stress to the structure which results in high circumferential tensile stress at local section;reasonable longitudinal prestressing system facilitates the vertical and circumferential stress of the assembled tower;the vertical joint surface can realize integrity of the circumferential structure through the annular connectors.
