社会主义核心价值观是中国意识形态和主流价值的凝练表达,是中国特色社会主义思想体系的集中概括。社会主义核心价值观的科学性在于其马克思主义理论素养:观照其价值论,它从三个层面回答了中国要建设什么样的国家、构建什么样的社会、培育什么样的公民的问题;观照其条件论,它是国力较量中文化软实力的重要体现,是社会事业发展的价值召唤,是多元文化中的价值主流和引领;观照其整体论,它是社会主义国家、社会、公民三者和谐共在的价值表征;观照其过程论,它的民族性、社会主义性、时代性随着中国特色社会主义实践发展而发展,并以此确证其生命力。

Core socialist values are the concise expression of Chinese ideology and mainstream values,and the concentrated generalization of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics.The scientific nature of the core socialist values lies in its Marxist theoretical quality.In view of its axiology,it answers the questions of what kind of country,what kind of society to build and what kind of citizens to cultivate from three aspects;in view of its conditional theory,it is an important embodiment of cultural soft power in the contest of national strength,a call to the development of social undertakings,and the mainstream and guidance of values in the multi-culture;in view of its holism,it is the value representation of the harmonious co-existence of socialist country,society and citizens;in view of the theory of its development,its national,socialist and contemporary characteristics develop along with the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which confirms its vitality.
