新旧动能转换背景下应用型人才培养体系研究——以福建省为例 被引量:2

摘要 加快新旧动能转换,人才是重点,创新是动力。福建省持续推进新旧动能转换,加强新兴产业培育,取得丰硕成果,但新动能的持续作用依托应用型人才在数量与质量上的补充。当前福建省应用型人才供需现状中出现结构性失衡、人才分配区域不均等问题,新的人才需求呈现出需求总量提升、综合型能力需求明显、传统劳动力转化旺盛等特征。福建省高校要围绕问题、把握特征,充分发挥自身职能,强化应用型人才培养,打造以高校为主体的应用型人才生产基地和搭建应用型人才终生学习服务中心,使之助力于福建省的高质量发展。 Talent is the key and innovation is the driving force in creating new areas of growth and replacing old growth drivers with new ones.Fujian strengthened its efforts in replacing old growth drivers with new ones and fostering emerging industries,and achieved fruitful results.However,the continuous role of the new drivers depends on the quantity and quality of skilled personnel.At present,there is structural imbalance and regional inequality in the supply and demand of skilled personnel in Fujian Province.The new demand for talents is characterized by the improvement of total demand,obvious demand for comprehensive capabilities,and vigorous transformation of traditional labor force.Colleges and universities in Fujian should focus on the problems,grasp the characteristics,give full play to their functions,strengthen the training of skilled personnel,build a training system for skilled personnel with colleges and universities as the center and practical service center of lifelong learning,so as to help the high-quality development of Fujian Province.
