基于网络文本分析的福州西湖公园游憩资源评价

Recreational Resources Evaluation of Fuzhou West Lake Park Based on Internet Text Analysis

通过收集各大旅游网站的评论数据,对福州西湖公园的游憩要素进行编码及等级评定,在此基础上,运用SNA和IPA等方法对数据进行深入分析。SNA分析结果表明,公园游憩要素结构整体协调程度较高,公园景观及休闲活动是结构中最为核心的要素;以IPA分析法将空间划分为优势区、改进区、机会区、维持区四象限矩阵对游憩要素进行评价,结果显示,福州西湖公园重要性均值为15.03,满意度均值为3.98,在24个要素中有15个要素获得较高的满意度,其余9个处于低满意度区域;最后,根据分析结果对福州市开放性市民公园的建设提出相关建议。

This study encodes and grades the data on the tourism elements by collecting the review data from major travel websites,and then analyzes the data in depth by using SNA and IPA.The results of the SNA analysis show that the overall coordination degree of recreation elements structure in the park is high,and the landscape and leisure activities are the most important elements in the structure.The results of the IPA analysis show that the average importance value of Fuzhou West Lake Park is 15.03,and the average satisfaction value 3.98.Among the 24 elements,15 elements achieve high satisfaction degree,and the remaining 9 are in low satisfaction areas.The IPA analysis map of the park recreation elements is divided into four quadrants,i.e.,the superior zone,the improvement zone,the opportunity zone and the maintenance zone,so as to propose corresponding optimization strategies for the future construction of the open citizen park in Fuzhou.
