学生学业满意度决定学生学业投入度和专注度。高等院校要注重财会类大学生的学业满意度,注重学习内容、学习方式、考核方式等方面。听取学生学业诉求,在开展具体工作的过程中,体现以学生为本、以学生为中心的教学理念。通过实习实践等形式,使学生的学业知识向能力应用转化,提供更多的学业指导、辅导平台,增加学生与教师的互动。
