随着食品安全战略的实施,人们对健康的重视不断加深,市场对食品药品监督管理专业人员的需求量日益增大。本文以遵义医药高等专科学校为例,运用典型调查、深入访谈等方法,选择贵阳、遵义、铜仁等地开展实地调研,探讨了大专院校食品药品监督管理专业的建设定位、培养标准、课程建设、师资要求,为大专院校食品药品监督管理专业建设提供参考。

With the implementation of the food safety strategy and the increasing emphasis on health,the market demand for food and drug supervision and management professionals is increasing.TakingZunyi Medical and Pharmaceutical College as an example,this paper uses typical surveys and in-depth interviewsto conduct field surveys in Guiyang,Zunyi,and Tongren,and explores the orientation,training standards,course construction,teaching staff requirements for the food and drug supervision and management major in higher vocational colleges,hoping to provide reference for the construction of the major in higher vocational colleges.
