摘要
通过Pro/Engineer建立行星滚柱丝杠三维模型,基于ANSYS Workbench有限元分析技术进行模态与谐响应分析,得到前六阶固有频率与各阶模态振型,确定共振频率,掌握对应频率下的位移峰值响应,并研究螺母处于不同工作位置时对固有频率的影响,为基于行星滚柱丝杠传动的舵系统抗振设计提供数据支撑。
A three-dimensional model of a planetary roller screw is built by the Pro/Engineer software.Based on the finite element analysis,the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the planetary roller screw are performed.Through the above analysis,the planetary roller screw’s six order inherent frequencies and modal vibration shape diagrams are obtained and the resonant frequencies are confirmed.These results were used to investigate the planetary roller screw’s displacement peak responses of the corresponding frequency and to study the influence of the inherent frequencies caused by the different working position of the nut.The above studies and data can be used to support the anti-vibration design of the rudder system based on the planetary roller screw.
