个性化护理对老年急性阑尾炎患者开腹术后疼痛及睡眠的影响

Estudy on the Influence of Personalized Nursing for Pain and Sleep of Elderly Patients with Acute Appendicitis after Laparotomy

目的:研究个性化护理对老年急性阑尾炎患者开腹术后疼痛及睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2017年8月至2019年2月厦门市翔安区内厝卫生院收治的老年急性阑尾炎手术患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化护理。比较2组患者术后疼痛情况及护理前后的睡眠质量(PSQI评分)。结果:观察组疼痛度及PSQI评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理在老年急性阑尾炎开腹手术患者中的应用价值较高,可有效缓解患者疼痛,改善睡眠质量,值得推广。

Objective:To study the effect of personalized nursing in the improvement of pain and sleep quality of elderly patients with acute appendicitis after laparotomy.Methods:A total of 62 elderly patients with acute appendicitis treated with surgery from August 2017 to February 2019 were divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases in each group according to the order of admission.The control group were with routine nursing,the observation group were with personalized nursing.Then the postoperative pain degree and sleep quality(PSQI score)before and after the nursing of two groups were compared.Results:The pain degree and PSQI score of observation group were lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of personalized nursing in elderly patients with acute appendicitis treated with laparotomy is higher,and it can effectively relieve pain and improve sleep quality of patients,so it is worthy of promotion.
