心理干预对骨外伤急诊患者睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Psychological Nursing for Sleep State of Emergency Patients with Bone Trauma

目的:分析心理护理应用于骨外伤急诊患者的临床价值,观察其对睡眠状况的相关影响。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月蚌埠医学院第一附属医收治的骨外伤急诊患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。观察组行心理护理,对照组行常规护理,比较2组患者干预前后SAS、SDS评分、睡眠质量评分、并发症发生率。结果:干预前,2组SAS、SDS以及PSQI评估得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS以及PSQI评估得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察者患者并发症发生率2.08%明显低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨外伤急诊患者采取心理护理可缓解患者不良心态,降低各类并发症发生率,提高患者睡眠质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of psychological nursing applied to emergency patients with bone trauma,and to observe its correlation with sleep status.Methods:A total of 96 cases of emergency treatment of bone trauma from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the observation objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,48 cases in each.The observation group received psychological nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The SAS,SDS,sleep quality score and complication rate of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS,SDS and PSQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and Psqi in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observed group was 2.08%lower than that of the control group(16.67%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing can alleviate the patients′bad state of mind,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the sleep quality.
