企业专利申请与专利保护策略探究

"自主技术创新"成为刺激我国经济可持续发展的关键,专利质量、数量与转化率成为科技自主创新的主要评价指标。因而本次研究针对企业专利申请与专利保护策略进行分析,并针对我国专利技术、高价值专利技术申请现状与制约因素进行分析,并在此基础上提出专利保护措施,以此为提升专利申请与保护提供理论参考。

"Independent technological innovation" has become the key to stimulate the sustainable development of China’s economy, and the quality, quantity and conversion rate of patents have become the main evaluation indicators of independent technological innovation. Therefore, this study analyzes the enterprise patent application and patent protection strategy, analyzes the current situation and restrictive factors of patent technology and high-value patent technology application in China, and puts forward patent protection measures on this basis. in order to provide theoretical reference for the promotion of patent application and protection.
