摘要
随着市场竞争逐渐白热化、移动互联网高速发展,如何实现客户超细分、自动智慧化集中运营、多触点协同运营是运营商的迫切需求。文章围绕运营商运营工作存在的困境,探索基于大数据核心技术为突破口,通过构建集中运营支撑系统实现"超细分、微营销、精服务"的目标,探索运营商智慧化高效集中运营的实践应用。
With the increasingly fierce market competition and the rapid development of mobile Internet, how to achieve customer super-segmentation, automatic intelligent centralized operation, multi-contact collaborative operation is the urgent need of operators. Centering on the difficulties existing in the operation of operators, this paper explores how to realize the goal of "super subdivision, micro-marketing and fine service" through the construction of centralized operation support system based on big data core technology, so as to explore the practical application of intelligent and efficient centralized operation of operators.
