水资源管理现状问题及应对措施思考

水资源是人类生存和发展的基础,对人类发展起到重要的意义,只有全面对现有水资源进行分析,针对水资源管理主要问题做好全面解决,才能合理利用保护水资源,推动人类健康发展。文章主要通过对水资源现状的分析,有力地找准了当前存在问题,经过透彻分析成因,进一步探索出针对性的对应措施,以此,有效提高水资源管理效能,保证水资源得到有效保护。

Water resources are the basis of human survival and development,and play an important role in human development.Only by comprehensively analyzing the existing water resources and comprehensively solving the main problems in water resources management,can we make rational use and protection of water resources and promote the healthy development of human beings.In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation of water resources,effectively identify the current problems,after a thorough analysis of the causes,and further explore targeted corresponding measures,so as to effectively improve the efficiency of water resources management and ensure the effective protection of water resources.
