The new prosperity of cultural civilization is an important measure for building and sharing a beautiful new life and measuring the happiness index of people’s livelihood. It is also an inevitable action to implement the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era of internship. In the new era,the main contradiction in our society has undergone a historic transformation,highlighting the strong demand of the people for spiritual and cultural life,the enjoyment of basic cultural rights and interests,and the supply of public cultural products. To meet the new expectations of people living a better life,we must regard cultural and people’s livelihood as an important part of people’s livelihood improvement,deepen the reform of cultural supply side,enhance the vitality of cultural and people’s livelihood,accelerate the construction of public cultural service system,improve the level of cultural and people’s livelihood construction,and strengthen basic culture. The protection of rights and interests promotes the fairness of cultural and people’s livelihood and explores an effective way to improve people’s livelihood.
