摘要
本文从阐释在线零工工作的概念出发,结合由马克·格雷厄姆等学者执笔的《全球边缘地区在线零工工作的风险与回报》报告的主要内容,聚焦在线零工工作带来的机遇和挑战,并从政策制定者、网络平台、在线零工工作者以及所有关注在线零工工作公平性的利益相关者的不同视角出发,梳理和归纳在线零工经济中亟待解决的重要问题。这些问题能否得到切实的解决,将直接关系到在线零工工作的未来。
Drawing on the report“The Risks and Rewards of Online Gig Work at the Global Margins”by Mark Graham et al.,this paper explicates the concept of online gig work,focuses on the opportunities and challenges produced thereof,and presents and summarizes several imminent problems to be solved in the online gig economy,from various perspectives of policymakers,online platforms,online gig workers,and all stakeholders who are concerned about the fairness of online gig work.The solutions to these problems can,indeed,have a direct impact on the future of online gig work.
