劳务工群体不断发展壮大,已成为企业职工队伍的重要组成部分。劳务工群体的权益维护将直接影响到企业的长远发展与社会的和谐稳定。上海工会进一步加大劳务工建会入会工作力度,在取得成绩的同时,也面临着一些挑战。为推进劳务工群体建会入会工作,实现新时期工会工作的突破,建议充分利用党政资源推进劳务工建会入会工作,加大执法力度,加快树立劳务工建会的主导模式,探索符合劳务工需求的工会工作方式,落实和保证劳务工工会经费来源,夯实劳务工工会工作的人才基础,加强劳务工对工会组织的归属感,鼓励社会力量介入劳务工工会工作。

With continuous development and expansion of labor dispatch workers,they have become an important part of the enterprise staff.The maintenance of the rights and interests of labor dispatch workers will directly influence the long-term development of enterprises and the harmony and stability of society.Trade unions in Shanghai have been promoting the unionization of labor dispatch workers.While making achievements,they also face some challenges.In order to promote the establishment of trade unions of labor dispatch workers and realize the breakthrough of trade union work in the new era,it is advised to strengthen the party's leadership in trade union work,improve the legal and regulatory system of trade union work,speed up the establishment of the leading mode of trade union,explore the trade union work mode in line with labor demand,implement and guarantee the trade union funds source,and consolidate trade union work.We should strengthen the labor dispatch workers'sense of belonging to the trade unions and encourage social forces to participate in the trade union work for labor dispatch workers.
