摘要
在国民经济发展的近三十年里,我国的中小企业迅猛发展,但由于经济全球化的影响,企业间的竞争压力不断增加,导致了“人才”间的竞争愈演愈烈。人才的稀缺,人才的流动性大,工作效率低等问题已经成为影响企业发展的主要因素。因此,企业为了顺应时代发展的潮流,要随之改变传统的管理方式,通过吸收先进的人力资源管理方式来弥补企业发展的不足。
In the past thirty years of the development of the national economy,China's small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly.However,due to the impact of economic globalization,the pressure of competition between enterprises has continued to increase,leading to increased competition among"talents".The scarcity of talents,the mobility of talents,and the low efficiency of work have become the main factors affecting the development of enterprises.Therefore,in order to comply with the development trend of the times,the enterprise must change the traditional management method,and make up for the lack of enterprise development by absorbing advanced human resources management methods.
