摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,我国各行各业都发生了巨大的变革,许多企业为了提高人力资源管理效率,积极引进大数据对员工绩效进行考核和管理,虽然产生了一定的有利影响,但同时也存在着较多问题亟待解决,基于此,论文对大数据背景下的企业人力资源绩效管理作以深入分析。
With the rapid development of information technology,tremendous changes have taken place in all walks of life in China.In order to improve the efficiency of human resources management,many enterprises have also actively introduced big data to evaluate and manage employee performance,although it has had certain beneficial effects,however,there are also many problems that need to be solved urgently.Based on this,this papermakes an in-depth analysis of enterprise human resources performance management under the background of big data.
