特色小镇建设是当前我国经济转型升级和新型城镇化发展的重要探索,是实施乡村振兴战略的重要举措。论文试图从新型城镇化和农业现代化的关系,从特色小镇与新型城镇化的关系及其与乡村振兴发展的关系出发,论证特色小镇建设是乡村振兴发展的有效举措。

The construction of characteristic towns is an important exploration of the current economic transformation and upgrading and the development of new urbanization in China,and an important measure to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.From the relationship between new urbanization and agricultural modernization,the relationship between characteristic towns and new urbanization and the relationship between characteristic towns and rural revitalization and development,this paper tries to demonstrate that the construction of characteristic towns is an effective measure of rural revitalization and development.
