校企合作模式下的教师能力提升促进大学生就业创业实践创新

The Improvement of Teachers’ Ability Under the Mode of School-Enterprise Cooperation to Promote the Innovation of Employment and Entrepreneurship Practice of College Students

当前,随着市场经济体制改革的不断深入,大学生在就业创业过程中面临着很多方面的问题和挑战,这与我国高校的教育和人才培养模式有着十分紧密的联系。论文提出,在高校的人才培养过程中采取校企合作的模式,使大学生就业创业中存在的问题得到有效解决,在提升教师教学能力的同时,为学生提供了全新的创新路径,使大学生在就业创业方面呈现出全新的发展态势。

At present,with the continuous deepening of the reformof themarket economy system,college students are facingmany problems and challenges in the process of employment and entrepreneurship,which is closely related to the education and talent trainingmode of colleges and universities in China.The paper puts forward that in the process of talent training,the mode of school-enterprise cooperation is adopted,so that the problems existing in the employment and entrepreneurship of college students can be effectively solved.It not only improves the teaching ability of teachers,but also provides students with a new innovation path,whichmakes college students showa new development trend in the employment and entrepreneurship.
