摘要
论文通过分析目前国有企业干部管理存在的问题,找出加强干部管理的对策,在企业转型的背景下,互联网已成为国有企业创新的重点,具有很大的发展空间。创新干部管理理念为国有企业搞好管理措施,寻找更广阔的发展舞台打好坚实基础。
By analyzing the problems existing in the management of cadres in state-owned enterprises,this paper finds out the countermeasures to strengthen the management of cadres.Under the background of enterprise transformation,internet has become the focus of innovation in state-owned enterprises,with great development space.Innovating the concept of cadremanagement to lay a solid foundation for state-owned enterprises to carry out management measures and find a broader development stage.
