摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展和科学技术水平的突破性提升,电子商务平台的发展实现了质的飞跃。广为人知的电子商务平台有淘宝、京东、亚马逊等,然而在2015年,电商黑马“拼多多”以一个新兴的电子商务模式即社交电商在众多知名的电子商务平台中脱颖而出,成功跻身中国前三电商平台。论文重点分析了“拼多多”的商业模式、在发展中存在的不足及未来的发展方向。
With the rapid development of society and economy and the breakthrough in the level of science and technology,the development of e-commerce platform has achieved a qualitative leap.The well-known e-commerce platforms include Taobao,Jingdong,Amazon,etc.However,in 2015,e-commerce dark horse Pinduoduo stood out from many well-known e-commerce platforms with a new e-commercemode,social e-commerce,and successfully ranked among the top three e-commerce platforms in China.This paper focuses on the analysis of the businessmode,shortcomings in development and future development direction of"Pinduoduo".
