摘要 随着社会的发展,机械化程度越来越高,人们对于安全的要求也越来越高。直行穿梭车在运输货物时具有运行速度高、加减速平稳的特点。但是当有人进入轨道时,不能自动停车具有一定的安全隐患,借鉴其他型号的穿梭车可在穿梭车两侧加装检测装置。论文通过对检测装置的设计选择安装,提高穿梭车在运行过程中的安全性。 With the development of society,the degree of mechanization is getting higher and higher,and people's requirements for safety are getting higher and higher.The straight shuttle has the characteristics of high speed and steady acceleration and deceleration when transporting goods.However,when someone goes into the track,it has a certain safety hazard to stop automatically.Other types of shuttle can be equipped with detection devices on both sides of the shuttle for reference.In this paper,the design and installation of the detection device is selected to improve the safety of the shuttle in the process of operation.
