用徐特立精神对大学生进行人生引领的价值与途径

The Values of and Approaches to Guiding College Students’ Life with XU Te-li’s Spirit

徐特立“言行合一”的师表精神、“三个第一”的忘我精神、“活到老,学到老”的好学精神、甘做“徐外婆”的挚爱精神和“不用一个模子塑造人”的创新精神,至今有着独特的价值。高校可通过建设徐特立特色资源库对大学生进行思想引领,开展特立大讲坛等活动进行榜样引领,开展社会实践活动进行实践引领,改革课堂教学模式实现创新引领。通过弘扬徐特立精神,促使当代大学生适应新时代社会发展的需要,解决大学生思想品德教育的现实问题,促进高等师范院校教育教学质量的提升。

XU Te-li practiced what he had preached.In his eyes,the revolution,his work and the others must come first.He lived and learned.He loved his students so much they all addressed him as"Grandma XU."He never shaped the students with only one mold.Today,his spirits are still of tiieir unique value.The students will be guided ideologically through the construction of XU Te-li-style resources.They will be guided through role models activities,such as tiie Te-li Forum and so on;they will be guided in a practical way through social activities;they will be guided innovatively through the reform of classroom teaching models.Carrying forward the spirit of XU Te-li can help contemporary college students adapt to the needs of social development in the new era,solve the practical problems of college students'ideological and moral education,and promote the improvement of teaching quality in nonnal universities.
