摘要
绿色低碳现已成为制造业发展的重要趋势,研究电火花加工过程能耗特性有助于评估制造过程碳排放,促进制造企业节能降耗。从机床结构组成、运行状态、能量流等不同角度进行电火花加工过程能耗分解,分析其能耗特性,进而对单脉冲放电和连续脉冲放电加工过程能量消耗机理以及建模方面的研究成果进行了阐述。最后,总结了目前研究存在的问题,并展望了未来研究趋势。
Green low-carbon development has become an important trend for manufacturing industry,so it is beneficial to study the energy consumption(EC)characteristics of electrical discharge machining(EDM)process to evaluate the carbon emissions in manufacturing processes and reduce the EC for manufacturing enterprises.The EC of EDM process is decomposed from various perspectives,e.g.,the structure composition of machine tool,working state and energy flow,and the EC characteristics are analyzed in general.Moreover,the research on the EC mechanism and modeling corresponding to two processing situations,namely single pulse discharge and continuous pulse discharge,is reviewed.Finally,the existing problems are summarized and the future research trends are prospected.
