摘要
针对平面金属薄板饰件精加工智能产线,从产线组成、工艺和制造流程分析出发设计控制系统。通过控制系统方案研究、系统软硬件架构设计,开发平面金属薄板饰件精加工智能产线控制系统程序,并进行设备现场联调及程序优化,实现平面金属薄板饰件自动化生产。
For the smart production line of finishing flat metal sheet decoration,the control system are designed based on the analysis of composition,technology and manufacturing process of the production line.Through the study of control system scheme,and the architecture design of software and hardware system,the control system programme of this line is developed.After the on-site debugging and program optimization,the automatic production of planar metal sheet decoration is carried out.
