基于裂纹柔度的冷滚轧花键残余应力研究

摘要 采用裂纹柔度法对冷滚轧渐开线花键的齿面残余应力进行了研究,得到了齿面残余应力分布,揭示了其具有优越性的内在机理。同时借助于LS-DYNA软件对冷滚轧渐开线花键成型进行数值仿真,输入花键齿面残余应力分布,通过对两者结果的比较分析,验证了裂纹柔度法测量的正确性。 The crack Compliance Method(CCM)is used to study the residual stress of the involute spline in the cold rolling,and the residual stress distribution of the tooth surface is obtained,which reveals its superior internal mechanism.At the same time,the LS-DYNA software is used to simulate the cold rolling involute spline forming,and the residual stress distribution of the spline tooth surface is input.The correctness of the measurement of the crack compliance method is verified by comparing the results.
