摘要
高性能多特征齿轮轴应用广泛,因具有结构元素多、长径比大、传递参数高等特点而具有一定的设计和高精度制造难度。以静强度计算与校核、动力学特性分析作为设计基础,并研究了机加工变形、热处理变形的特点及解决方案,成功地开发了高精度多特征齿轮轴加工工艺流程,为同类齿轮轴产品提供了设计及制造方法。
The high-performance gear shafts with multi-feature are widely applied.Because of the characteristics such as multiple structure element,large length-diameter,high-parameter,the design and manufacture of gear shaft with high precision have much difficulty.Based on the checking calculation to static strength and the analysis of dynamic characteristics,we researched the feature and the solution to machining deformation and heat-treatment deformation.Finally,we developed the processing technic on high-performance and multi-feature gear shaft,which can provide a method for design and manufacture to the similar products.
