摘要 针对船舶制造企业离散加工车间生产制造流程混乱、生产数据不能实时共享和难以追溯等问题,研究了基于船舶离散加工制造的车间制造执行系统(manufacturing execution system,MES)。优化生产过程业务流程,重点研究车间数据模型、计划排产和系统集成方法,以此设计实施了某船厂离散加工车间MES系统。经过实际运用,实现了船舶零部件加工过程的信息化和质量数据可追溯,提升了车间管理的效率及数据采集准确性,大幅度提高了产品质量和生产加工效率,对船舶产品质量分析奠定基础。 In view of the chaotic manufacturing process,the lack of real-time sharing and trace-ability of production data in the discrete processing workshop of shipbuilding enterprises,etc.Manufacturing execution system(MES)based on ship discrete manufacturing is studied.The MES system of a shipyard′s discrete processing workshop is designed and implemented by optimizing the production process and focusing on the study of workshop data model,scheduling and system integration.Through practical application,the informationization and quality data traceability of ship parts processing process are realized,the efficiency of workshop management and the accuracy of data acquisition are improved,the product quality and production processing efficiency are greatly provided,and the foundation of ship product quality analysis is laid.
