摘要
针对机械式斗笠刀库需要回零操作,并且在选取刀具时需要与定位、计数接近开关配合,而接近开关的性能及安装距离都会影响刀具的计数及定位,导致换刀错误的发生。为此设计了一款总线型伺服刀库系统,利用机床原有i5数控系统,通过增加伺服驱动器及电动机并入系统EtherCAT总线,利用PLC轴控制刀盘旋转、电动机编码器反馈刀号的控制方法,达到快速及精确自动换刀的目的。
The traditional mechanical tool magazine needs to return to zero,and it needs to cooperate with the positioning and counting proximity switches when selecting the tool.The performance and installation distance of the proximity switch will affect the counting and positioning of the tool,resulting in the occurrence of tool change errors.In view of the above,this paper designs a bus-type servo tool magazine system,which uses the original i5 numerical control system of the machine tool to increase the servo drive and motor into the system EtherCAT bus,and uses the PLC axis to control the magazine rotation and use the motor encoder to feedback tool number control method to achieve the purpose of fast and accurate automatic tool change.
