一种基于多谐振模式的恒功率变换器

摘要 针对恒功率变换器理论分析复杂,设计难度较大的问题,提出了一种基于LC谐振的恒功率调节Buck变换器.该变换器结构简单,开关器件以及二极管均实现了软开关,拥有较高的效率;同时具有恒功率调节的功能,对短路故障的抑制能力较强.首先分析了变换器的工作原理;然后根据各工作过程时等效电路,通过理论分析给出了实现软开关的关键器件参数的约束方程,得出了恒功率调节的方式方法;最后进行了仿真验证,仿真实验结果表明了该变换器结构所拥有的诸多优点以及可行性. This paper aims at the fact that constant power converter is complicated in theory and difficult in design. In view of this, the paper proposes a novel constant power Buck converter based on LC resonance. The converter has simple topology structure, soft-switching devices and diodes, with relatively higher efficiency, and at the same time has the constant power regulation function, with a good capability to suppress the short-circuit fault. The paper firstly analyzes the working principle of the converter, and then according to the equivalent circuit of each working process, presents the constraint equation of the key components to realize the soft switching through theoretical analysis, and obtains the method of constant power regulation. Finally, the paper carries out simulations, whose results show that the proposed converter has many advantages and feasibility.
