摘要
针对军用移动电站取力发电系统输入电压变化范围大、输出电压动态和稳态特性要求高的特点,提出了一种带耦合电感的六相开关阵列DC/DC变换器拓扑结构.首先给出了两两耦合分布式耦合电感的工作模式,分析了变换器的动态特性;然后以某军用移动电站项目为例,给出了耦合电感的等效电感值计算公式,并得出了系统的稳态和动态电感参数;最后通过搭建实验样机进行了实验验证.实验结果验证了方案的可行性和有效性,说明通过电感反向耦合能提高系统的稳态特性和动态特性.
According to the characteristics of large input voltage variation range and high requirements for output voltage dynamic and steady state of power take-off(PTO) generation system of military mobile power station, this paper proposes a topology of six-phase switch array DC/DC converter with coupling inductors.Firstly, the paper presents the working mode of pair-coupling distributed coupling inductors, and analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the converter. Then, taking a military mobile power station project as an example, the paper gives the equivalent inductance calculation formula of the coupling inductors, and obtains the steady-state and dynamic inductance parameters of the system. Finally, experimental verification is carried out by building the experimental prototype. The experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme, indicating that the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the system can be improved by inductance reverse coupling.
