Study on the influencing factors of tourists’ revisiting leisure farm in the context of rural revitalization

实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大做出的重大决策部署,乡村振兴战略重点强调发展休闲农业的重要性。发展休闲农业有利于发展农村新产业生态新模式,有利于农民就近就地创业,有利于改善农村人居环境。乡村拥有自然生态景观,兼具生活、生产、工艺、文化等多功能结合的发展地,与城镇互促互进、共生共存,共同构成人类活动的主要空间。

As the objective trend of productivity development,China's urbanization construction is in the ascendant at present.Its powerful agglomeration function attracts a large number of rural production factors to flow into cities and towns,and rural areas appear hollowing out in different degrees.The hollowing out of rural areas effectively promotes the development of urbanization.However,the loss of agricultural population and the shrinking of agricultural industry brought by hollowing out of rural areas also bring a series of difficulties and challenges to the new urbanization construction in China,which then affects the benign interactive development of urban-rural relations.Should face the hollowing out of the urbanization development bottleneck,changing concept of urban development,improve the comprehensive system innovation and the urban and rural governance of urban development,as the link,in founding the reality development capacity,to overcome the rural hollowing out at the same time,to realize rural revitalization and improve the new urbanization development,achieve the virtuous circle of development between urban and rural areas.
