摘要
加快发展高附加值、高技术服务外包产业,对促进大众创新、万众创业,形成产业升级新动力和经济增长新亮点都具有重要意义。通过回顾离岸服务外包和数字经济的相关研究,分析数字经济对温州离岸服务外包产业的影响,在此基础上,来探讨温州离岸服务外包产业发展现状和存在的问题,最终提出政府层面、企业层面和产业层面的具体对策。
Speeding up the development of high-value-added and high-tech service outsourcing industry is of great significance for promoting mass innovation and entrepreneurship, forming a new driving force for industrial upgrading and a new bright spot for economic growth. This paper reviews the related research of offshore service outsourcing and digital economy, analysis of the impact of digital economy on Wenzhou offshore service outsourcing industry, and on this basis, discusses the the development status and problems of Wenzhou offshore service outsourcing industry, and further puts forward specific countermeasures at the level of government,enterprise and industry.
