摘要 本试验旨在探究大豆异黄酮对青年奶山羊生长发育的影响。选取21只5月龄西农萨能奶山羊母羊,随机分成3组,每组7只,分别为对照组(每天每只添加0mg大豆异黄酮)、SIF-1组(每天每只添加100mg大豆异黄酮)和SIF-2组(每天每只添加200mg大豆异黄酮)。试验期共35d,其中预试期7d,正试期28d。结果发现,整个正试期SIF-1组日平均采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。SIF组平均日增重高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),SIF-1组相对增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验期内,SIF组和对照组在体尺指数方面没有显著性差异(P>0.05);正试期第14天,SIF-2组血清中的总胆固醇水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);正试期第28天,SIF-1组血清甘油三酯含量显著高于对照组和SIF-2组(P<0.05)。SIF组和对照组血清中大豆异黄酮、生长激素、雌激素水平差异不显著(P>0.05),但生长激素水平与大豆异黄酮含量呈显著的正相关(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮能够促进动物机体对饲料养分的吸收利用,提高青年奶山羊采食量和生长速度,促进其生长发育。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of soy isoflavones on the growth and development of young dairy goats. Twenty-one 5-month-old Xinong Saanen dairy goat ewes were randomly divided into three groups, 7 goats in each group, which were control group(0 mg/d each soy isoflavone addition group) and SIF-1 group(100 mg/d per soy isoflavone addition group) and SIF-2 group(200 mg/d each soy isoflavone addition group). The trial period was 35 days, of which the pre-feeding period was 7 days and the positive feeding period was 28 days. The results showed that the average daily feed intake of the SIF-1 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The average daily weight gain in the SIF group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The relative weight gain in the SIF-1 group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in body size index between the SIF group and the control group during the test period(P>0.05). At the 14 th day of the feeding period, the total cholesterol level in the serum of the SIF-2 group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). At the 28 th day of the feeding period, the serum triglyceride levels in the SIF-1 group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the SIF-2 group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum isoflavone, growth hormone and estrogen levels between SIF group and control group(P>0.05), but there was a significant positive correlation between growth hormone level and soybean isoflavone content(P<0.05). In summary, the addition of soy isoflavones in the diet can promote the absorption and utilization of feed nutrients in the animal body, increase the feed intake and growth rate of young goats, and promote their growth and development.
