荷斯坦牛各胎次产奶量规律研究及相关性分析

Study on Milk Yield of Each Parity in Holstein Cows and Correlation Analysis

本文通过对新疆呼图壁种牛场牧一场639头荷斯坦牛1 207条1~6胎次的产奶量进行分析。运用SPSS软件分析胎次对305d产奶量的影响,对各胎次的产奶量进行多重比较、变化趋势分析及相关性分析。结果表明,胎次对奶牛305d产奶量有极显著影响(P<0.01),第1胎次产奶量极显著低于第2、3、4、5胎次(P<0.01),产奶量在第3胎次达到产奶高峰后逐渐呈降低趋势,相关性结果表明1胎和2胎、2胎和3胎产奶量之间的相关系数较高。本研究可为牧场的日常管理提供科学依据,从而为今后奶牛场的饲养管理、繁育选种提供参考。

This paper analyzed the milk yield of 1~6 parity of 1207 holstein cows in a pasture of 639 holstein cows in hutubi breeding farm in xinjiang. SPSS software was used to analyze the effect of the parity on milk production in 305 days, and multiple comparisons, change trend analysis and correlation analysis were conducted for milk production of parity.The results show that the parity has a significant effect on cow milk production 305 days(P<0.01), the 1 parity milk yield significantly below 2, 3, 4, 5 parity(P<0.01), milk production in 3 parity after reaching peak milk production gradually showed a trend of decrease, correlation results show that the correlation coefficient between 1 and 2, 2 and 3 parity milk production is higher. This study can provide a scientific basis for the daily management of the pasture, and thus provide a reference for the breeding management and breeding selection of the dairy farm in the future.
