摘要
成果导向教育理念在中国高职教育改革中受到了高度关注。该文以高职院校公共英语课程设计为例,通过分析现状,厘清成果导向教育理念的核心要点,运用对比分析法,发现学习成果的确定应该以劳动力市场普遍需求为依据,英语教师与专业教师协同合作使学习成果具体化;教学过程中的反向设计与情境化、任务化相结合,以及个人记录袋的建立、分层级的评估标准和多元的评估方式有利于学习者关注自己知识能力的应用和对自身发展的规划。
Outcome-based education theory provides direction for the educators of higher vocational education in China.Taking designing English course in a higher vocational college as an instance,by analyzing the core concepts of the theory and framework,through comparative analysis,this paper concludes the practice and achievement of curriculum reform in China’s higher vocational education as follows:First,clear identification of learning outcomes needs the practical researches of labor market,and specification of the outcomes requires the cooperation of language teachers and subject teachers.Second,designing down supported with contextualization and tasks,and building students’portfolios supported with clear evaluation criteria are all helpful for the students’success.
